BCC International No. 21 - November 1983

This issue of The BCC International carries several articles on real management and the technology of the invisible. This is an indication of the importance the two subjects are assuming in BCC. 'All enabling power' is a record of a series of historic meetings held in London this autumn to promote intimate and detailed discussions on BCC's corporate philosophy by family members from all over the world.

BCC has just opened a branch in Macau. With its close proximity to China and its historical links with Europe, Macau is an important trading centre and the new branch will make a valuable contribution to the group. A feature on Macau gives background information.

BCC has been active in Yemen since 1975 and has been particularly successful there in the past few years. We take a close look at the BCC operation in Yemen and examine the reasons for this success.
