Real Management

"Contrary to the conventional management where a small number of senior elite are empowered to manage a large number of other supposedly lesser persons, our management is located at the broadest base of the organisation. The hierarchy of management in our case does not flow from top downwards".

Mr Agha Hasan Abedi, President BCC, on the essence of Real Management in a letter to members of staff (BCC family) in Hong Kong, 1984.
