With these words our President, Agha Hasan Abedi, advised our managers throughout the world that the Central Management Committee had decided to make 1980 'The Year of Profit'. " I have no doubt that your contribution will not in any way be less than the best you can make." Our President's remarks have been echoed in this issue in the lead article 'From Whence We Came'. The final paragraph states "Our growth has no limit for the next decades except the limit of our individual and collective capabilities. Hence the need for continuous and vigorous efforts for self- development and development of organisational competence." We are confident of your success in achieving these objectives.
