BCC is our concept of marketing and profit. To create profit and to market successfully means action - doing things, being motivated and directing that motivation towards profit. Profit is fundamental to our success.
There are many factors which are vital to '81' and the achievement of greater profit. Strength, hard work, maximising human resources, intellectual effort as well as other qualities, of which humility is the soul.
It is important to realise that we all, each individual member of our organisation, has a role to play in '81', simply because every human being has a quality and quantity of energy. Full utilisation of our human resources, directed towards profit, marketing, action and humility will result in our fulfilling the objectives of '81'.
In order to make a success of '81', our individual strengths have to be harnessed to an organisational structure. This involves working as a team, and as part of a motivated body - it is the combination of individual strength, humility and action which is vital to the realisation of '81'.
And how does each individual contribute to '81'? The answer is simple - we must all become Profitmen.
