Policy and Procedures

The human resources policy can be defined as an official statement that every member of an organisation must follow and can be related to any issue that links directly to the organisation's goals.

Like other large international banks and organisations, the purpose of BCC's Human Resources Policy was to enable all employees to operate to their full potential, in line with the bank's requirements, ensuring that the motivation and co-operation of employees was sustained and that opportunities for personal development are provided. BCC's Human Resources Policy included the procedures formulated to enable the employees to understand the criteria to be eligible for any aspects of the bank's policy.
