Policies, Procedures, Information and Instruction Circulars

BCCI had established policies, operational manuals, circulars and internal instructions covering key areas of banking operations and business. These were regularly updated and circulated throughout the branch network to promote quality, compliance and professional standards. Much of this documentation was not preserved, or can no longer readily be traced, following the appointment of liquidators after the bank’s abrupt closure on 5 July 1991.
