Policies, Procedures, Information and Instruction Circulars

As in other banks, BCC had documentation in place defining its policies that embraced the management's goals and directives, and procedures that set out the steps to accomplish the goals and directives of a related policy.

The following are some documentations produced by BCC​, ​and updated from time to time, that reflected its policies and the internal rules and information for all branches. These were primarily directed towards upholding quality, compliance, and professional standards. Most were not preserved in the aftermath of the abrupt shut-down and forced liquidation of BCC on 5 July 1991.
